[/url]谢谢MＭ的回复。我回去看一下你说的这个。刚打了客服，filed claim for 6 months up to last November. 如果要继续往前追溯，要另外跟进一个claim. 不过我觉得很奇怪的一点是，我去年11月份为了一个别的原因换过新卡，而且网上用户名密码都改了。但明显小偷还是继续能用我的新卡做一样的transaction.
